Is this a guarantee for book success?
Nope. This is a starting point, tailored to you, built with care and insight. What you do with it is yours. I’m not here to hand you a formula, just a path forward.
Will you help me publish, upload, or promote my book?
Nope, but I’ll guide you toward tools and options that might fit. This isn’t a done-for-you service; it’s a done-with-thought guide. If you want to hire someone for hands-on help, I can suggest how to find them.
What if I want more help after the guide?
Depending on my availability, I might offer limited follow-up support or new service options in the future. For now, this is a one-time service, not an ongoing coaching plan.
I’m not sure which plan fits. Can I ask?
Yes! Just send me a message through the Contact form and I’ll help you figure out what makes sense for where you’re at.
What format will I get my plan in?
You’ll receive your custom guide as a PDF, styled and organized for easy reference. You can print it out, scribble in it, or read it on any device.
Can I request changes after the PDF is done?
Small tweaks or clarifications? Absolutely. But the plan is built entirely on the info you gave me — be sure to answer my questions as thoroughly as you want to share. Full rewrites or added research fall under a new service and cost. This is a one-time, tailored guide, not a live document.
How long does it take to receive my plan?
Once payment is received and the intake questions are complete, you’ll receive your custom PDF within 14 working days.
Unless we’ve agreed on a different timeline, or life throws something unexpected my way. If there’s ever a delay, I’ll let you know. Just don’t plan on it happening.
Can I request a rush delivery?
Not right now. Each plan is created with care and clarity, and I don’t want to compromise that by rushing the process. If you’re on a tight timeline, feel free to reach out — I’ll let you know if it’s possible.
When do I pay?
You’ll receive a Paypal payment link once we confirm your booking. Full payment is required up front, with a 7-day cancellation window (unless the file has already been delivered).
How do I pay?
I accept payments through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account — you can pay with a credit or debit card through their secure checkout. Simple, safe, and clear for both of us.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
I offer a cancellation window of up to 7 days after payment, as long as I haven’t started your plan. Once work begins or the PDF is delivered, refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of the service.
How do we stay in contact?
I’ll contact you by email first. From there, you can choose to move to Discord or Messenger (if you’d rather chat more casually), or we can stay with email. But we’ll set boundaries together.
Can I message you after I get my PDF?
I’m happy to answer a few follow-up questions and cheer you on if I can. But ongoing support isn’t included by default. I’ll be in your corner — just know that the work is yours to carry forward.
Do you use AI, and what happens to my information?
Yes, I sometimes use AI to help gather resources, like Facebook groups, platform suggestions, or building out the reader persona. But everything you share with me stays between us. I don’t sell, reuse, or repurpose your details. The AI tools I use don’t store your information or know who you are—no names, addresses, or personal data.
Your answers are used solely to build a plan that fits you. That’s it.
